If you have suffered problems with mains electricity failure you will appreciate that, at no extra cost, we can provide your normal power requirements from our own large diesel generator within 5 minutes. We also have 3 holiday cottages one with 3 double bedrooms and two with 2 double bedrooms. They are popular all the year round especially during race week also with actors from The Everman Theatre and by people in the throes of moving home. Our helipad is available at all times and people are fascinated by the sight of the occasional arrivals and departures from our neatly mown heli area. At around 12.30 each day a catering company visits each business with a range of sandwiches and drinks, and at 5.15 each evening our striking yellow post box is emptied by Royal Mail. All the principal parcel delivery people visit Ullenwood Court on a daily basis.
